Five Card Story: fire bugs

jack and his friends were quite the fire bugs, they loved setting things on fire they thought it was fun. so on Friday after school right when it was starting to get dark outside they lit someone's shed on fire. they didn't want anyone to find the lighter they used so the next morning they went into the woods to Barry it. when they were walking back to jacks house they passed a big black gate, they were so interested they decided to climb over it to see what was inside. when they got over the fence they saw a big old house in the distance. they walked to the house and thought it would be fun to light the house on fire. when jacks friend nate disagreed and said it would be a bad idea jack told him to go home. the other three continued to light the house on fire staring by pouring some old gas they found behind the house on some dead grass. the began to throw a match on the gas and watched the house slowly catch on fire. right as they watched the last bit of the house catch they heard a scream. an old woman came running out of the house screaming. this scared the boys so they ran down a gravel path they found near the house never to be heard from again. when Nate heard the news a few days later that his friends were missing he was confused but more so scared pf what would happen to him if he told someone what his friends did. so Nate never said a word and never saw his friends again.
