Five Card Story: The Mountain village

One day a young boy named Robert was laying in a patch of grass by a grave yard, he smelt the air and it had the faintest smell of smoke. he bent up and decided to smell a dandelion with its bitter sweet smell. Robert looked up and saw this huge stunning mountain behind his village, it had smoke coming from it.
Robert got up and started walking towards it, he treacherously climbed through the rocky harsh biome to find himself only a couple of kilometers a way from his village, when he looked up he saw this crevasse with the smallest opening, so he climbed up tp investigate, when he got up he noticed the rocks were all wet and very sharp and ashy coloured like the smoke leaving the air from higher in the mountain. Robert climbs through the old hole only to find a stair case. Robert proceeds on his ascend up the stairs. After hours of climbing Robert reached a bronze gate that was rusting and oxidized from its age being out, he curiously snoops around not seeing anyone insight and decides to push through and sneak under it to wherever it leads...
Robert finds out it lead to another village where the smoke is coming out of, he cant find anyone, its like the village is empty its all quiet like a ghost town, Robert skitters on and sees this tree with legs hanging off it and a fire roaring its orange flames beneath. Robert suddenly feels something sharp tug on his shoulder and blacks out...
