As I stood rooted into place gazing out of the window I tried to imagine what it would be like to get out of the city. There I stood imagining the feeling of soft moss brushing against my fingertips,and a warm breeze rushing against my face as the sound of tires meeting asphalt reach my ears. A small smile spreads across my face as I picture myself sitting on a boat on a calm sea somewhere while the smell of salt, and sand overwhelm my nose and I feel the refreshing water splash my hands. I desperately want to imagine all the adventures I want to go on. I ideate the sound of my footsteps echoing through the small town, bouncing off the bleached white walls. Feeling the slightly rough surfaces of the homes littering the small city as I walk down the narrow streets and alleyways. The soft tickling feeling of my hair swishing behind me as I stroll. The sun is warming my body giving me a light and overwhelming feeling of joy and contentment. So there I was peering out the window knowing that someday soon I was gonna be there, looking out on the ocean, experiencing other cultures, and being content and happy with my life.
