Exposition (pic 1):Micheal loves Sports and always dreamed of being a professional athlete.

Rising Action (pic 2):He trained really hard and made it as a professional soccer player.

Climax (pic 3): Micheal at the hight of his career got into a very bad car accident in which his legs were shattered.

Falling Action (pic 4):Micheal moved back to his old neighborhood.

Resolution (pic 5):Micheal opened a restaurant with his wife. Even though his dreams of being a professional athlete came to a end, he is just grateful to be alive.
