She reluctantly pulled back the curtain and was once again greeted by the sunrise and promise of a new day. She felt a sense of hope inspired by nature's rhythms. Though some might call her the queen bee, she had no time for such status labels - there was work to be done. The challenge of keeping keeping her "hive" together drove her to continue despite the challenges. She knew she had to open the door to an uncertain future continually shaped by opposing views of what it should hold. She stepped through and realized she and her would have to pave the way, each stone carefully placed with intention and purpose; there would be no trail for this leader for this had never been done. A team united by a shared vision, they tirelessly navigated hills and valleys until they reached new, higher ground illuminated by success - a taste sweeter than honey.
