There is beauty and growth in being you, the authentic you! Not the washed-up version or the version of you that others believe you should be, but the authentic you. The authentic you will cause others to rethink life and inspire others to be free. And that is just what I plan to do, help others become their authentic selves by inspiring them with Lu's Five Lessons!
Lesson 1: Authenticity
Be your authentic self because people are watching! In being your authentic self you will inspire someone to be their authentic self and they will inspire someone else to do the same!
Lesson 2: Smile
Always smile! I am naturally always smiling because smiling is a necessary tool to connect and comfort others. In smiling, the light that is within me can brighten the heart and mind of someone else. So, let your light shine!
Lesson 3: Be Hopeful!
Always remain HOPEFUL! I am a HOPE PUSHA! So I utilize my heart and caring spirit to instill HOPE in others! Sometimes things are not as bad as it appears. But if you hold on to hope, you will see that in due time everything will work itself out! But, you have to have HOPE!
Lesson 4: Be Still
Sometimes you need to sit down and be still! There is stillness in the water because even when the waves are crashing, after the wave crash it slowly rolls to the shore and fades. This lets us know that even when it seems that things appear rough if we have HOPE the rough spots will cease. I just have to be still and ride the wave!
Lesson 5: Take Care of You to Grow!
Where there is a renewal, there is growth. There is growth because just like any bush or tree, sometimes you have to prune off the dead weight in order to grow. And after you prune off the dead leaves, new leaves can blossom! But the new leaves can't blossom unless you take care of yourself through proper rest and hydration. You want to blossom like those flowers in our final picture, then you better take care of you!
