about this story

My name is not needed, I was born in 89' I live in Belarus my family resides in a small run down apartment, Our countries education is poor, I choose to become a wood worker because it pays higher than a clerk, I like to visit my old school once in a while a lot of my friends choose to stay by and finish school, I will admit i have a serious problem with alcohol vodka is extremely popular here and very cheap. my mother always says she's worried however when you live in post soviet Belarus and have to see the depressing communist architecture you would understand my problem, not many people visit our smaller city it would be nice to bad all we have to offer is homelessness and alcoholism not many tourists find that attractive. Our elders always preached leaving and immigrating to Moscow or the beloved west coast of the world, but its hard when visas take this much work, ill stick to my work here cutting wood, however one day while I was cutting a noticed a star shaped cut in the log, our elders always warned us of this....
