about this story
很久很久以前，有一條養在人類手心裏的小蛇，牠從來沒有離開過主人和家裏。有一天，玩具恐龍告訴小蛇牠應該要去看看草原，因為恐龍覺得小蛇會愛上。於是，小蛇下定決心要去看看草原，牠偷來了一輛腳踏車，並按照恐龍所形容的去找草原。小蛇騎着腳踏車來到了垃圾站，牠想起了恐龍的話「草原是綠色的」，牠以為垃圾桶就是草原，一躺下去小蛇就發現垃圾桶不是恐龍所說的「草原是軟軟的」，因此牠又離開了。小蛇騎了好久好久，終於，牠被眼前的景象所吸引、所驚訝，那是一片又廣闊又軟又綠油油的大草原。
