Most of us afraid to express ourselves. We are afraid to go out of our shell.
Did you know why we feel that thing ? It's because we have a lack of trust in ourselves and therefore, we have a difficulty in gaining trust from other people. Trust develops our self-confidence and self-esteem. Trust is the key to open what is locked for us to make a difference in this world. Having a trust in ourselves makes other people also trust us which gives us a power to explore, discover and give what is our best. Trust let us realized that the world is so big, don't locked yourself because of a small thing happened in the past, instead go out and do what makes you happy.
