Five Card Story: The Cat's Meow

Mrs. Cat and her kittens went walking one day. They were city dwellers and did not like all the traffic that was around them. Weaving in and out of taxis and bikes rolling through the streets, it seemed to Mrs. Cat that it was time to find a new place to live.
When the family was heading out of town, the kittens begged for a treat in the bakery window. Mrs. Cat let those silly kitties know that cake was not made out of salmon paste but yucky stuff called fondant and sugar. It was a lethal mix that may kill them.
"Beware of baked goods" she warned. "They look tasty but could kill you in an instance!"
The kittens were a bit disappointed but were distracted by the beautiful rainbow that was ahead of them. "Hooray!" yipped the kittens! "We have found a beautiful ribbon to play with, lets go!"
As they scampered away, Mrs. Cat ran after them warning them to slow down before they got lost. As the kittens got tired, remember, kitten legs are short, their mom was able to catch up. By then, the kittens had run all the way to the suburbs and saw the beautiful sunset.
"Mommy, can we stay?" they mewed.
"Of course, we can my little turnips, this is a grand place to live."
