about this story

Introduction (Pic 1):

The excessive use of technology in schools has negative impacts on children both inside and outside of school.

(Pic 2):

When children are in school, they focus more on the screens in front of them than what their teachers are saying. This leads to them not properly learning the topics that they need to know.

(Pic 3):

Schools now are so focused on all of the ways they can utilize technology, because of that children became used to always being on their devices. This leads to them not playing or exercising enough. This can be a hindrance on a child's health, creativity, and socialization.

Counterargument (Pic 4):

However, some people may say that the use of technology allows the children to hold onto the lessons they learn in class for longer, as they are always accessible to them. Similarly, they may argue that being taught to use technology will let them hold on to memories longer as well, in the form of pictures for example. Contrary to this, it has been proven that handwriting helps people remember things better. It is also more realistic for parents to take photos and hold onto them, as children are more likely to accidentally delete things or damage their devices.

Conclusion (Pic 5):

Generally, it is more beneficial to children to not use as much technology in school. By not being so accustomed to technology, children will have more opportunities to live out their childhood and have fun. They will be less distracted by the screens in front of them and will able to enjoy playing and expressing themselves without the bounds of a device.
