Tom was on his way to his AA meeting for the day. On his walk through town, he decided to take the long way around. Tom went through Allen Ave when it began to sprinkle. He didn't mind, it was already a hard day for him. He then passed the car lot and saw a his dream car, this gave him hope that one day he would be a better version of himself, able to own that car! Tom made it to the AA meeting at the school, a little late, but he still came. Tom was proud of himself, making it another day sober, just a few days shy of 30 days. Leaving the meeting, Tom reflects on who he wants to be and how far he has already come.
