My family bought a home last Fall. In the barn out back we found a lot of cool things that the previous homeowners left behind, including a sled that we could use that following Winter. The back yard was full of trees and it was already fenced-in and safe for our dogs. The highway is close by, but far enough away that we do not have to worry about our kids or dogs playing in the road.
