She sat in yet another meeting (1) feeling the life draining from her body. As the speaker droned she contemplated the different directions (2) her life could take when she decided it was time to take the next step. The choices were endless and interesting and each had their own consequence. And as she took each breath (3), in and out, she was reminded of the simplicity of life and the beauty that is all around (4). Regardless of where her career might go next, there will always be a furry creature (5), or 3, that need her at home and could care less how she uses her gifts to serve others.
