Everyone says "You can't help who you fall in love with" and for our hero, this was surely true. Everywhere he looked there were roses and the images that reminded him of his love. But there were obstacles, he had feathers and moved through the air on wings and she swam everywhere and lived in a pool. When they discussed their differences she retreated into her shell and he felt like she would not warm him. Then he realized that they could weave their lives together as they grew. They could go together like cookies and milk if they just chose to, but whose family would they visit for the holidays.
