4. Emotions can take on many forms. Sometimes you keep them guarded and close to you, closed up in the mausoleum of your brain. Other times they can take you on emotional roller coasters like the ones you see at Lagoon- with the amazing highs and lows. Other times, your emotions can just pour out of you like water out of a fountain. But hopefully, you have learned to control your emotions like a banjo player playing the banjo- like in the movie Deliverance. Whatever form your emotions take on, just know that what you feel is valid.
