about this story

Once upon a time, it's the day before the end of summer i found myself in a reflective mood as i look up in the sky watching a breathtaking sunset unfold before my eyes.I love watching the sun sweep in and out of the sky. There's just thrill that comes with capturing it in this moment. Sunset tend to have that effect on me.

On my way to Casa De Mercedes, during the phase of self-discovery, i get lost in so many thoughts and the roads gets blurred and i lose sight. Time flies and i start missing the life as a student. We are travelers in this world and have to pass through each stations of our lives before we reach the final destination. Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations, indeed.

As i arrived in Casa De Mercedes it feels like life is limitless here and everything else is just inconsequential. At sunset, the river seems to have hidden millions of diamond crates just beneath a translucent figure that shines through it. The calm of river makes me relaxed. The breeze kissed my face and i felt at peace.

On my way home, i found myself out of my car standing in front of this facade as if pulling myself into curiousity. As i enter, it slowly takes my breath away as the view welcomes me with echoes of stories untold. To enter a museum is to cross borders into familiar yet somehow unfamiliar territory.

Last day before the end of summer i saw the reflection of golden light reflecting on the facade. Unframed, this shows the sunset as it best, as it fades away. The sky are falling into each other, love melting them and they meet at sunset. Last reflection of sunset on the day before the end of summer.
