Two dogs Bill and Bob are having a game of stick chasing with their owners. They are playing it in a park right next to the road. It is a very special stick to both dogs and the stick they always use. One time Bobs owner threw the stick really far and it fell down the drain into the water below. "Oh, No" cried Bob. "What are we going to do now?" said Bill. A kindly seal was bobbing past under the drain and heard their cries. He saw the stick and swam over to it and grabbed the stick. Bills owner climbs down the drain and sees the seal with Bill and Bobs special stick. "Oi! Come back here. You're under arrest for stealing others possesions." Bill's owner being able to do this as he is a policeman. "I'm putting you in the police files."
