about this story

It was a quiet day out on the water. The massive walls of water were crashing against the ship. The ship was rocking side to side. I was beginning to feel light headed and sick. I was on cleaning duty for this afternoon. I spet most of my time sitting around. I only had one real mate on the ship, my other mates got shredded by the bullets that ripped through their bodies.

I was all alone on this huge boat. There was no other human contact, other than the men I spent most of my days with. I felt as if I was suffocating my self on the boat. All the oter guys on the ship treated me as the outcast. They would just look and laugh at me.

Months went on I could feel my insides rotting like a dead old tree. I was getting eaten from the inside out. Could I possible hang on to get back to Australia to see my beautiful family. It was the only thing I had now, I was clearly not wanted in this place.
