about this story

An evil woman made a poison that looked like wine that made your head explode and then it turned into a stone Lionhead. She kill 10's of people with her evil poison and planned to infect the whole towns water supply, but she wanted to send a message first, she was going to poison the prime minister who was staying at a hotel, but then she mysteriously disappeared, i think she died.
