Five Card Story: flowers

Here i am standing in the back yard looking at these beautifull flowers. Then mum says Toby is home the dog i say no mum please dont let him out of the car with out his lead. But to late i call him so that i can grab him so that he doesnt squash my flowers. He just goes straight over the top of them, then he goes and hides in the lounge room behind the couch. I growl at him for squashing my flowers and he just sits there for hours. Then mum yells yes i have done it, i have, i have, what mum, i have made my specical vegi pie, wow mum that looks great thanks son.
Then mum goes back to the pantry and gets her Grandmothers old recipe books and takes them off the shelf and looks up her old recipe for vegi pie and we compare the recipes to the one that mum had just made. They where very similar. We then all sat down together and ate the pie and all enjoyed it very much.
I thought there was something missing from the dining room table, so i suggested to mum that i go out into the garden and pick some flowers. When out in the garden i found some of mums favorite pink flowers and picked them. I came back inside and placed them in a vase on the dining room table. She thought they were lovely and continued to admire them over another piece of vegie pie.
