Another lazy summer afternoon. Sunlight filtering through the leaves, dancing amongst columns that had always been there.

Another lazy summer afternoon. A girl floated across worn stones, weaving amongst the columns to a rhythm heard only by her.

Slender fingers tightly clutching figurines, lest they slip away.

.

Ancient souls calling to each other across the glade, a flash of light, the encroaching cold.

A lone figure, gliding across the water, piercing the darkness.
