In late March, a young man was snowshoeing in the woods in a very remote area of the Northeast Kingdom. He was a field expert in tracking and identifying animals. He discovered some tracks he could not immediately identify them and felt quite bewildered. He begin speaking in his community about his discovery and tried to persuade people into believing that the footprint he saw in the woods belonged to a dinosaur. One evening, during one of his speeches, a member of the audience raised his hand saying he had actually seen a real dinosuar and then produces a photograph of sighting.
Together the two men brainstormed how to get the word out about their discovery. Since Facebook and other social networking sites had not been created, massive mail seemed that best way to inform scientists throughout the world about their findings.
Of course, we all know dinosaurs are extinct and that these foolish men were just wasting their time. The world just laughed and laughed.
