Recently I have been aware of a number of baby births, while at the same time I heard of the deaths of some special people ( from age 5 to 90 ). It reminds me of the saying by the mid 16th Century philosopher Michel de Montaigne " The value of life lies not in the length of days, but in the use we make of them."
