about this story

There was a dinosaur that came to life all of a sudden.He first attacked this man with blue hair he luckily got away. then the dinosaur ran after children and this little girl barely got away,but something unexpected happened. the dinosaur disappeared? later that day a man found that it was hiding in the sewer. The president ordered to have the dinosaur disabled for study. so the country trained this solder just for the job and he took it down. :(
