about this story
My husband and I truly enjoy food, almost all types! We thought that for our summer trip we would travel across the US trying regional cuisine. Our first stop was a little unusual, the restaurant required us to eat with our hands behind our backs. Luckily, the meal was not a messy one! As we continued on our journey, we came to a Mexican restaurant that the locals recommended. While it was quite good, it wasn't the best we had enjoyed. We were thankful that we could use a spoon for this one! Next stop, Colorado. The bed and breakfast we had reservations was a know for it's on-site fishing so we knew that our meal there would be fresh fish unlike any other. The pictures don't do the meal justice, it was really yummy! Our travels landed us at a friends wedding, it was beautiful but the food didn't compare to what we had munched on along our way. Finally, as we are driving back home we come across a building for sale and decide it would make the perfect restaurant. Just like that we sell off our belongings, quit our jobs and decide to spend our days doing what we enjoy...making yummy food!
