Five Card Story: The Iron Man's Journey

about this story
The Iron Man looks out over the world and sees no one quite like him. He moves and interacts. All the other metal stays still. He begins a quest to find another metal object that he can interact with. He comes across a park bench with metal animals in the back. He tries to talk to the animals, they do nothing. They are just images. He continues on. He comes across a telephone booth. The door opens and closes, but the object only interacts with humans. What a disappointment. He travels further and finds a farm using metal cages for their animals. This metal serves a purpose but will not interact with him. He is beginning to get disappointed when he hears a strange music. He follows the sound and comes to a carnival. He looks around and sees the most magnificent metal object. It is multi-colored and moves. It plays music and he can ride it. Quest complete - Priceless!
