Five Card Story: Walking Through The Forest

about this story
Walking in the forest looking to my every step. The trees are mossy green with scrums growing out of the sides. I spot a small squirrel. Scared out of his mind he scampers up one of the trees closest to him and watches as I pass. As I walk deeper in the forest the ground begins to become mush and earth worms crawl out of there homes in order to escape the mushy forest floor. Continuing my walk I come across a large open area with a small pond that must of formed by the past rains. I then come to the pond and pick out of the ground a small pebble and toss it across the small pond. walking around the pond i find a small toad quickly submerge from my sight. It is getting quite dark and the toad begin to croak it is time to go.
