In the high mountain ranges of the misty mountains,the sound of buzzing insects and howling wind is alive in the air. The fog is so thick the light of day almost never breaks through the stormy grey clouds, making it impossible to climb the moss-covered cobble steps to the snow capped mountains. Dead trees that have not been lush for hundreds of years yearn desperately for their once beautiful leaves. The river is white with bubbling foam and specks of dirt and sand lay in the bottom of the stream, it flows rapidly to its freedom in the sea
