The otter thingy is eating, then he turns into a sneezing laddy then he falls asleep as a boy on a killer dog, then he was poisoned food as a man and felt sick then he turns into a boy. The boy wakes up to find his dad cuddling him.

Meaning:
The otter has been shot by a sleeping dart. He has an allergic reaction and sneezes. He huddles up into his fur which is like a dog's. He feels ill. He is waking up. The zoo keeper is picking up. He's passed his first set of vaccinations. The zoo keeper is telling him fondly that there will be more tomorrow.
