I glanced torward the window as I lectured to the glum faces boring up at me. I went through my powerpoint about the history of architecture. The sky matched the shade of her eyes perfectly. 12:30. I pictured her waiting at the light rail, her hair long and brown her peach bag and pearls.Even I began to wish I would stop talking, so I enlightened my students and ended class early. I raced to the library and frantically searched for the book that contained the laughs tears and love we once shared. it fit in my palm perfectly. with a steady blow of warm gentle air the dust from the year floated away. I sat on the steps of the big castle and perched the book on my knee. The helicopter will be landing soon and out will step my love.
