about this story

God, and everything we, as humans, attach to the idea of a power greater than ourselves, is present in everything if we so choose to see it so. Meaning is found by the individual through reflection, consideration, time and movement. Albert Einstein summed it for himself, “That deep emotional conviction of the presence of a superior reasoning power, which is revealed in the incomprehensible universe, forms my idea of God.” We can refute the presence of a God, “A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything.” Like Friedrich Nietzsche, and find our own path towards a chosen consciousness, or we can proselytize and preach what we believe to be so. Whatever our approach, in whatever way we contemplate the very existence of a supreme being, we are finding our way in whatever fashion brings us comfort. We are all on a journey together, all by ourselves…
