Five Card Story: Road trip to the woods!

Today I took my three children Max, Kane and Sam to a few places that had to do with nature. This past week they have been asking me to take them to the woods and look at the bugs, trees and flowers. Since we live in the city they don't get to see as much nature as they would like. The first pictures took was of a bug that resembled a leaf. Kane found this very intriguing because he loved trees and all of the different shapes and types of leaves. So he was very surprised when he saw a bug that could make itself look like a leaf. The next picture I took was of a few logs just sitting together. I figured a few bugs were hidden in the rotting wood beneath them. I lifted up one of the logs so my kids could take a look. After that I took a picture of our drive back to the next destination. We were going on a hike in different woods closer to home. I the took a picture of a beautiful flower that Sam pointed out. Oh I wish I could plant these in my planter box i have sitting on my balcony at home. The last picture I took we're of all three of my kids, Max, Kane and Sam walking down a grass trail working our way into the woods. That was our hike in the woods.
