about this story

The sun was leaving the sky as night came by,
Causing the clouds to create an outcry.
As if the clouds were a balloon
Losing their air,
Deflating in the late afternoon.
But the sun came back,
It shone brighter than ever
Beneath the tree tops where carcasses were suspended.
Acted as a spot light to the leaves around
That danced playfully in the breeze,
A trapeze show in full swing.
Beneath those trees grew some flowers,
They were magenta pink and ivory white.
Streams of sharpie showers,
Were the veins flowing gracefully through their petals.
But then there was a pen
That were bars to a cell,
Keeping this lamb from eating the magnificent flowers.
But the lamb’s gaze changed.
Instead he stared at a frightening dog,
With a shadow ready to pound at any moment.
And then the sun started to leave the sky again,
Leaving the wonders of what might come tomorrow.
