about this story

A long time ago there lived a species of shark. These sharks had gigantic jaws, a long nose, and strangest of all purple skin. They were extinct, or so scientist thought. In the depth of the Gulf of Mexico, lived the prehistoric beast. Some say that they have seen such animal. They say that the teeth are longer then the fangs of a tiger, and sharper but familiar to a saw. One day 7 friends went for a swim. They knew a secluded area where most tourist wouldnt think about traveling to. A rocky edge that seems dangerous, but the depth of the water takes away that danger. Also theres barely any rocks on the smooth sandy bottem of the ocean. They all jumped into the cool water, screaming with joy. The waves slowly came and went, moving the kids with a slow pattern. The screams soon died down and there was complete and udder silence. A time when even the birds stopped chirping and the waves stopped splashing on the sandy beaches. An eerie silence. Then a sudden sound, like nothing they ahve ever heard before, a low roar. Most thought it was a boat motor, dying out, but they were so wrong. That sound would change their lives forever. A low scream came from the mouth of a kid with there group, they looked around. Only 6 were there. They looked deperately for him, think that he was playing a mean joke, but he never showed up again. A loud splash cam e from the distance, and they saw a fin. They screamed while they hurridly swam for the safety of the shores. THey got there jsut in time but they would never forget the owful face of the shark. The shark was enver seen again.
