about this story

My brother and I used to spend hours outdoors. He loved water, I loved the woods. Climbing trees was my thing. Living near a wooded area, we would wander through creeks and explore wildly. Usually we'd come over muddy but with big smiles. Most days however, my brother got his way and we ended up near the water. My mother was never all that pleased given the weather and terrain. But that was how we rolled.
