...ah, coffee! what a way to wake up- the smell wafting up, the creamy first slurp, the energy within me starting to grow....
I put down my mug and headed to the stereo.... lazily turning the dial until I found a melody that moved me..
it moved me, to turn toward the window.... there I gazed at the clearing clouds disappearing from above the lapping water... calling me... come now, let's explore together, dream away the day with me
who was I to disagree? so, off I went... walk, gaze, dream.... sigh;
walk, gaze, dream.... sigh...
walk, gaze, dream.... sigh!
splash- turn! stop- wait!
the peace trickled down the water's hole.... gone for today
yet there... in the distance... the next adventure awaits
knowing that every next journey starts with a single step... I left... gone
