Filbert was riding his motorcycle downtown when he stopped to chat with the passing policeman. He noticed some graffiti on a park bench and decided to look it up. He didn't like the answer he got on his macbook so he checked with his PC. It turns out that it means crapping all the time. This inspired him to take part in the international "pop a squat" marathon. They encourage their participants to use the appropriate facilities and support the local port-a-john industry.
