Ah, a car trip in the US, Dad's mind on the road and GPS, and a few hotel stops and many destinations.
Two of these destinations are full of life; the Point Defiance Park Rose Garden in Tacoma and the Portland Zoo. In this beautiful garden, there were blooming, wonderful flowers planted in their sites. Several busy bees were collecting sweet nectar from the dazzling flowers. There were various fields of green grass near the flowers. The flowery tunnel exit helped us on our way out.
The Portland Zoo had various animals and creatures. Many birds, bugs, fish, apes, large felines, and more scampered and scurried around as we viewed at them back. Giant animals, such as giraffes, seals and polar bears, were a wonderful sight. The cold, waddling penguins were also a great sight. Aqua life even caught our attention.
This zoo is clearly wonderful and the best sight of all.
These life-filled destinations had clearly gotten our attention perfectly, and this trip was a truly wonderful experience.
