Gregg Turner was a millionaire. He owned many GIGANTIC apartment buildings around Colorado. But to him that wasn't big enough. He wanted bigger. He didn't have anymore land except, he thought, the big wooded area near his old home.
He was going to start building right then but he saw a little boy. He told the boy he needed to leave because it wouldn't be safe for him. The boy said but this is my home and many of my friends live here. Please don't take this place away from us this is the only place that makes me happy. Gregg felt sad. The boy reminded him of how he used to have so much fun as a kid. Gregg decided not to construct and instead plant trees and flowers for local schools and parks and anywhere he can.
