about this story

Once the world was bare, not naked of life but bare of human change to the world that is so graciously shared with them. People connected with what was around them and grew to adapt to their surroundings. As time passed, the human race began to alter what was around them to fit their own needs over the needs of the planet and the other creatures that inhabit it. Instead of forests and trees there were concrete jungles and buildings that seemed to reach the sky. This was the world that the human race had created; fast paced, bare of nature, and uninhabitable to living things.
