about this story

The knowledge of a flower’s perfection never promises itself to tomorrow. For we are running a MARRATHON, and have little time for such pleasures. As we pant, and our vision begins to fail us, a moment to assess who we are become vital. We are all just people, walking alone, down a street. Never having a true sense of direction. So, we absent-mindedly follow the lightly dusted road. Perhaps in the hopes of finding a flower.
