One Sunday, man drove to a store and bought cupcakes. He then went back home and sat down to enjoy them. The next morning, he found that the wheel of his car was clammed, he had parked in a wheel clamp area! Seeing that the man could not pay the hefty fine, he committed suicide by jumping down a mountain.
