about this story

My life was like a brick wall - stopping me from all I was trying to accomplish. When Steph took me, my older sister, and my older brother form our home in Virginia - a perfectly good life, if you ask me - and plopped us down at the MGM in Vegas, things got prickly. Sam ran away and wasn't found, and because of that Harriet stopped eating. I got scared.
Ha. When we first arrived at the MGM, there was a little maps shelf on the main desk, for newcomers. There were no maps. There are no maps for my life, am I a newcomer? Do I even need a map? I think so. I need one to find Sam, to figure out what is wrong with my mother, to help Harriet.
(4) Inspiring license plate, (5) brick wall again.
