Beautifully Broken
She is broken, tears softly falling down.
Like the sparks of a fire, their words sting
As her world was slowly turned upside down.
Alone in this world, she only feels pain
She is screaming, but her voice stays unheard.
She curls into herself, trying to hide
Because a girl can only take so much.
Desperately she fights the “what if” thoughts
What if I end it all; just say good bye.
What if I just leave, God’s calling me home?
What if it’s not God calling, but the dark evil.
She is alive but inside she is gone
