As the cool days of autumn flow,
My bones rattle as though hollow.
My heart as cold and barren,
As an abandoned city from centuries ago.
My mind whirls like the wind,
I am a thoughtful person.
I often think of how once upon a time,
My eyes popped,
And my heart light up like fireworks
At the mere sight of you.
I once thought I knew love.
I soon learned that it is a mysterious thing,
And very many times it is not real.
I am not emotional,
Nor do I like telling how I feel.
But just this one instance,
I can express my distress for your love.
