about this story
As the sun started to peek though the windows of my vila that was set in the mountains of an unknown country. i knew that today was going to be a great day. I knew that i would have many stories to share with family back home. i rose to my feet to look though the vast opening of the window that was set before me. i could see the huge mountains that stood so high off the ground. I could hear the birds chirping and the tress swaying. The children were playing in the mud that was once soft dirt; laughing and playing. Such joy could be heard from miles away. The flowers that laid on the ground were damp with rain from the night before. Vibrant colours that were yellow and pink. i never knew in a world with a bad history could be so beautiful.
