One day, in Chicago, notices roamed the streets, it was all very loud. In Chicago lived a very boring guy, his name was bill.bill was weird and boring at the same time. For example, on snowy days bill walked to work, and in the spring when it was warm, he would drive his car. On rainy days, bill would go to monuments and stand on the plaques in front of them. Strangest example yet, on the coldest days, bill would go to cemeteries and take pictures and filter them so they'd be black and white. I'm pretty sure bill might've eaten those pictures.
