I asked my inner clown for recommendations for a school lunch menu.
Clown suggested stone ground meal. "High in fiber" he said.
It is "green" it is a natural remedy.
Sitting around all day is as bad as smoking according to the experts on TV.
So get up and move, lest you end up looking like a dinosaur driving your sports car.
