One winter day, my family and I were on a field trip observing ancient ruins, when we remembered that tomorrow we had an important meeting we had to attend back at home. Unfortunately, home was a long drive away, so we hopped in the van and set off on the icy roads. After quite a few hours of driving we noticed that the sun was setting and it was getting late. Realizing that we would have to drive all night in order to get to the meeting in time, we stopped at a coffee shop and braced ourselves for the lengthy night ahead. Amazingly, the next morning, we arrived at the presentation just as it was starting and didn't miss a thing, although we probably appeared extremely exhausted and dishevelled.
